Christine Fraser currently serves as the Chief Responsibility Officer (CRO) for Dell Technologies’ Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, accountable for Dell's Legacy of Good program including corporate giving, sustainability, and DWEN (Dell’s Women Entrepreneur Network).
Prior to this role, Chris served as Senior Vice President (SVP) Strategy and Operations for Dell Services, Digital & IT. Serving as COO to the President, Chris drove planning, execution, and operations with a focus on strategies aligned to the organization’s charter of enabling digital and data center transformation. She was responsible for Dell Education Services and Dell EMC’s Global Centers of Excellence (COE) located in China, Egypt, India, Ireland, Israel, Russia and the US,
Chris served as SVP Integration Management Office, leading the EMC Integration PMO as part of the Dell | EMC merger, with primary responsibility for leading, managing, and coordinating the value creation and integration efforts across all aspects of the business.
As a Global Technology Executive, Chris has held a number of leadership roles including, SVP Strategy & Operations for Product and Marketing, SVP Technology Alliances, VP Americas Field & Channel Marketing, and VP Global Marketing Campaigns.
Prior to joining EMC, Chris held various positions of leadership at Ascential Software, Lucent Technologies, Stratus Technologies and Prime Computer. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts-Amherst with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and a minor in Life Science.
Chris is actively involved in Professional Mentoring programs, with a personal commitment to the development of female professionals and supporting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. She serves as the Executive Sponsor of Dell EMC’s Women of Color Board, Executive Sponsor of Dell’s Northeast Chapter of Women in Action, and has held a variety of volunteer positions within the community, including support of STEM. Together with her husband Jack, Chris has two children, Kelsey and Patrick.
