Kevin Brown is Dell’s executive vice president of Global Operations and chief supply chain officer. In this role, he oversees the company’s global supply chain activities, including demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and fulfillment. Prior to this role, Kevin served as Dell’s chief procurement officer.

Kevin joined Dell in 1998 and has served in leadership roles for the company’s Product Group and Worldwide Procurement organizations. He also helped lead manufacturing operations at its Malaysia, Tennessee, and Texas manufacturing and fulfillment facilities. Before joining Dell, Kevin worked for more than a decade in the U.S. shipbuilding industry.

Kevin’s leadership extends beyond Dell to his work with several philanthropic, civic and non-profit organizations. He is a member of the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation (CBCF) board of directors and Howard University’s Center for Supply Chain Excellence board of directors. In addition, he is on the board of directors for the CAPS Research Center for Strategic Supply Management.

He has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Massachusetts and master’s degree in engineering management from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
