Sofia O’Malley is the Global Marketing Director for Dell’s Outlet division, where she oversees all facets of marketing, including strategy, demand generation, merchandising and brand positioning. Sofia has led the evolution of the marketing efforts through digital and next-gen technology adoption remaining at the forefront of new marketing tactics. She often speaks in marketing forums, where she discusses omni-channel strategy, personalization, and how to succeed in an evolving landscape. Previous to this role, Ms. O’Malley held multiple leadership roles in both sales and marketing functions both domestically and internationally at Dell. She holds degrees in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Panama and an MBA from the University of Texas. Sofia’s interests include volunteering on non-profits focused on education, youth and women empowerment. She was recognized this year with the Young Hispanic Corporate Achiever Award by the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility for her commitment to professional development and community service.
