Thom Lytle is the Senior Director of Social Business at Dell Technologies. He leads the marketing team responsible for managing all aspects of social media for Dell Technologies, Dell, and Dell EMC.
Thom spent his previous ten years with EMC, establishing and leading their Social Business Team and launching several successful social and community programs across the organization. In addition to his social media focus, Thom was the lead evangelist and co-host, alongside EMC’s CMO of "LaunchPad”, an innovation-focused investment program modeled after NBC's "Shark Tank".

Before EMC, Thom worked at Accenture for five years within their Finance organization managing financial reporting and modeling for key Government projects in the NY/NJ area. He holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Thom lives near Boston, Massachusetts with his wife and two children, and is an avid fan of Boston sports teams - even during "bridge years".
