Community Upgrade and Issue Fixes in Progress

On September 5th we upgraded the Community platform to enable enhanced capabilities. We have been experiencing some issues as a result of the upgrade that the team is working to quickly resolve. We appreciate your feedback on these issues and your patience during this time. 

We have recently resolved the issue related to email notifications. What you can expect:

  • An influx of email notifications that were queued up on September 12 only (the date when email notifications were disabled in production) for forum and blog posts and edits.

  • No notifications of any wiki edits that were made on September 12

  • No notifications of any posts or edits made from September 13 to date (that is the period when notifications were turned off)

  • Email notifications of all new content and content edits going forward

 

Additional  high priority issues that we continue to work on include:

  • Stability assurance
  • Performance optimization
  • Interface / user experience issues

We have created a forum to discuss specific issues and to report any additional problems that you may be experiencing. The team will be keeping a close eye on anything reported in this forum.
