Dell, Oracle and Oracle OpenWorld 2009: Complete, Open and Integrated

We’ve been working hot and heavy here at Dell over the last
several months getting geared up for our Diamond sponsorship at Oracle OpenWorld next week in San
Francisco.  Our goal throughout planning
has been to provide our customers a diverse and valuable experience, whether it
be in Michael Dell’s keynote, one of the breakout sessions with Dell
presenters, in our displays on the exhibit show floor or by following our blogs
and tweets.   We plan to do this by
matching all our activities to our mantra when it comes to Dell and Oracle
solutions – Complete, Open and Integrated.

Complete:

  • 14 breakout sessions on a wide-array of topics
    with Dell presenters
  • Hands on demos in our booth in the exhibit hall,
including servers, storage and advisor tools
  • Experts in our products, solutions and services on
    hand to answer your questions
  • Lots of cool hardware from notebooks to servers
to storage so that you can peak under the hood
  • Short and informative presentations in our booth
on a variety of topics from Dell experts and our partners

Open:

  • Everyone who attends a presentation in our booth
will be entered to win one of our new Dell Latitude
    Z portable notebooks
  • Want to get all the info? Stop by the booth and ask for a USB memory key
with lots of great info on Dell and Oracle (no paper handouts – maybe you’ve
heard about all our Green initiatives?
Plus with all the H1N1 and seasonal flu
going around, we’ve come prepared with hand sanitizer.

Integrated:

  • Involvement at the event from the CEO on down –
Michael Dell will be speaking at a keynote sessionon Tuesday morning, so don’t miss out on a great chance to hear about his
vision of the efficient enterprise. (Be
sure to come back next Tuesday and I’ll give you a first-hand
    account of his talk
    and the audience reaction)
  • Representation across our product lines from
client to enterprise, IT, solutions and services so that you can experience the
full breadth of Dell solutions for Oracle
  • Opportunities for you to speak, be heard and
converse through social media avenues, like blogs and Twitter

We’re looking forward to seeing you there.   Check back on Inside
