Recently there has been a lot of conversation about Dell Global Services listening , especially when it comes to our newest initiative, ProSupport. Three suggestions from IdeaStorm members beefman, hipowerone, and xaerts were singled out for helping initiate internal discussions on how to best enhance our service offerings for business customers of all sizes.
