Dell SMB GM on SBTV; SMB Leadership Transition in N. America

In early June at the NFIB
Summit
, Susan Solovic, CEO and anchor of SBTV,
interviewed Frank Muehleman, Dell’s long-time VP and GM of Small and Medium
Business. Here, Frank talks about
Dell’s partnership with NFIB, our Small
Business Excellence Award
program, and the countless small businesses that
inspire him every day. Frank championed the Award program five years ago and
maintains contact with many of the past winners and finalists. As in the video,
you can regularly hear him recount their success stories as examples of how
small businesses can implement IT to win in the marketplace and better serve
their customers.

For those of you who know Frank, you’ll be interested to
learn he is taking his 10 years of Dell SMB experience and leadership, passion
and commitment to the customer with him as he transitions to lead Dell’s
Public Business
(K-12 and Higher Education; State, Local and Federal
Government; Healthcare and Life Sciences) in North America.

Dell’s
new leader for SMB in North America is Vivek Mohindra, who most recently ran
marketing for Dell’s Americas region, held leadership positions in Dell’s
Product Group and served as executive assistant to Michael Dell.  We’ll schedule a Vlog with Vivek soon to
introduce him to you and hear from him about Dell’s SMB priorities for the
second half of this year and any early observations as the new SMB VP and GM.
If you have ideas for Vivek and the team, please feel free comment here or
