Dell Reconnect: Turning E-Waste into a Community Resource – Sustainable Brands, February 12, 2013
Early research conducted by Dell found that the majority of customers wanted their old IT equipment to be either reused or recycled. With more than 2,000 drop-off locations in North America, the Dell Reconnect program was started to meet this need and has diverted more than 250 million pounds of e-waste from landfills since 2004.
