  1. According to Dell Live Chat Customer Support, this is not a Dell website, and this is not a Dell offer. I clicked on http://www.Dell.com/PremiumSupport on this page, went to live chat, only to be told that Premium Support will cost me $169.46 for one year. I was surprised, because I read this article that says it's $39. That was when the Dell Customer Support Chat representative told me this was not a Dell website.

    If it's not a Dell website, then what is it? This deal appears to be bogus, since Dell will not acknowledge it, and will not honor it.

  2. @tcar2000-dell – Direct2Dell is indeed an official Dell site, and I regret that the live chat agent you spoke with appears to need additional training. The post states that pricing starts at $39/year, but I do not have the details on exact pricing for your specific system.
