PSSST … Have I gotta deal for you!

Topics in this article

Friends and family often reach out to me for PC buying advice, and I confess, I really do enjoy trying to help them decide which PC is right for them. Once we’ve decided on the PC, the specs, features and services (CompleteCare should always be at least considered for laptops), I know the next question: Any sales or deals going on? So yea, listen up folks – have I gotta deal for you. Over the next six days we are going to have some awesome deals out there on select laptops, desktops, cameras, TVs, etc.

My friends on the merchandizing team have flipped the switch on their semi-annual Signature Event. That means it’s time to consider investing in a PC that is going to be your primary go to machine for the next few years. This is the time to kick the tires on our premium systems – Studio laptops, Studio XPS laptop and desktops, Alienware systems and even some E&A products. Over the next six days there will be a couple of new daily deals on select configurations. My goal is to highlight an online deal of the day or two in updates here. I’ll give you the order code so it’s easy to find (kind of like the Little Orphan Annie super decoder ring).

UPDATE:

April 9  Signature Event deals

3.     Ok, seriously, when I saw the Studio XPS 9000 configuration we're highlighting today, I immediately thoughts of my dad's 1966 Pontiac GTO – it was a huge car (by today's standards) and had a lot of power under the hood. The Studio XPS 9000 is physically imposing – it is a full tower desktop, which means there's lot of room and opportunity for future expansion for those of you who like to tinker "under the hood."

Studio XPS 9000 w/ Intel Core i7-920 for $1199. Includes 8GB memory, 750GB Hard Drive, 1GB ATI Radeon HD 5450 graphics card and Windows 7 Home Premium, a 21.5inch display (Dell ST2210) and 2-year limited warranty (DXDNPR1)

4.    Studio 14 laptop w/ Intel Core i5-430M for $999. Includes 4GB memory, 500GB Hard Drive, 1GB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5450 graphics card and Windows 7 Home Premium (DNDNPR1)

5.     And the Dell ST2210 is on sale by itself, for $139

Heads ups-looks like tomorrow's tomorrow deals might involve an Alien Invasion -and a nice deal on a TV – stay tuned!
