Social360 Unconference to Discuss Social Business Integration

Friday the 13th may be considered unlucky by some, but I’ve actually had several lucky events happen to me on that date. This Friday, March 13th, you can be fortunate to get a look inside our #Social360 Unconference on social business topics.

If you’re not familiar with the unconference format of gatherings, what makes it different is the fact that instead of a pre-set agenda, attendees determine the topics for the breakout sessions and shape the conversations.

“The participants created the agenda, made panels on issues that affect their business, and shared best practices with their peers,” Howard Greenstein reported in Inc. Magazine from our Entrepreneur’s Unconferencence in 2012.

In this year’s #Social360 Unconference, we are bringing the power keynotes by CMU professor Ari Lightman, award winning blogger Mark Schaefer, H2H author Bryan Kramer and Social Co. co-founder Natalie Zfat live to you via LiveStream and via our Social Media for Business page on Facebook from 9:05 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Central, Friday March 13. Join the conversation about social analytics, content ignition, human to human v B2B and elements of surprise on Twitter using #Social360.

“Unconferences are about empowering attendees to share their expertise. They give participants the opportunity to have an unfiltered exchange of innovative ideas,” Rebecca O. Bagley wrote in Forbes.

It’s a format Bill Johnston first introduced us to at Dell and has worked well for both internal and external groups. If you’re headed to SXSW this week, he’ll be guiding a core conversation with support community managers.

And here are a couple of videos that give you a peek into the lives of two of our attendees, Mark Schaefer and Natalie Zfat, as they talk about using a Dell Venue 11 Pro in their professional and personal lives:
